Since 2001, PA & DS Burns has completed over 600 new buildings worth over $120million.
We build a broad range of buildings including Low Set Home, High Set Homes, 2 Storey Homes, Duplexes, Villa Units and Town Houses, many of which have been specific architecturally designed dwellings.

Our family owned and operated company is the most prolific builder in our area, with an enviable reputation for quality and reliability. We have a loyal team or experienced contractors who are happy to meet clients onsite, and a full time colour consultant to assist with your selection.

To date, we have completed each and every project on time; a testament to our planning and scheduling skills.
We have built for a large number of people in the building trade and local real estate industry, as well as other builders. The reputation of PA & DS Burns built houses is considered a feature for resale of property in our local area.

We are builders, not assemblers, so no project, large or small, standard or designed will pose any difficulties for us. Our in-house designer ensures service and variety for clients. In addition, we have in excess of 200+ plans/designs available to us for your selection and modification.

We do contract projects only, and do not do 'spec homes', which, while more profitable, can also jeopardize cash flow. Through good financial management, we operate without the need for overdraft facilities.
